The ALP is an agency-specific learning event for senior leaders in marketing communications agencies. It’s built around the Agency Leadership Simulation™, the only computer-assisted simulation created for the industry.

Our best-selling Know Your Competitors & Win! training explains media measurement, efficiency and the strengths and selling strategies of other media in your market. We develop local data, exercises and related materials on specific competitive media for salespeople.

And we can conduct a media buying workshop for your advertisers. Those that have taken advantage of this option had the opportunity to help customers and prospects buy media more intelligently – including your own. They'll be more knowledgeable and effective buyers by asking our questions of the salespeople representing the media in your own market.

Readers won’t work to understand a client’s ads. This interactive print creative ad lab helps salespeople understand proven methods of turning acceptable, but not very effective, print ads into powerful attention-getters and lead generators for customers.

In a few hours they’ll learn how to work with clients to uncover their unique positioning and create copy that’s irresistible to readers using a rough concept using markers and a flipchart. The sales idea, not the creative execution, is what matters.
